The hotel is excellent value for money, offering affordable prices without compromising on the quality of service. Additionally, the attention to detail is impressive, as seen in the fully equipped rooms and the clean and well-maintained pool. The location is also a standout feature, being conveniently situated near lively bars for a fun night out, yet far enough away to ensure a peaceful and uninterrupted stay.
No improvement needed, everything was perfect.

It was nice and relaxing in September without the crowds. The shower and toilet was good. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, and the pool was also very nice. It was also close to lots of eateries.
the front desk was usually unmanned so we had to find the man if we had any questions. Air conditioning was at extra cost per night- 5 euros, but definitely essential. The man in charge was a but surly and not too welcoming. The beds were quite uncomfortable, and for a 3 person studio, 2 people had to share a double bed on the small side.

Family siute for 4 was OK for a short stay, providing good possibilities also to cook yourself. Nice building and large dining room.
People usually go to Crete to catch Mediterranean sunshine. As for locals tourism season starts in April, our end March stay left without basic hotel services, unless there were sunny and hot days already. The pool was under repairement, while work started with knocking under our window before 9am. No beach tools available on the roof either. I also suggest do not order the breakfast through Booked.net as the staff refused to dismiss it for couple of last days - for people from Northern Europe there wasn't a big value in it.

Excellent! The hotel personnel were really lovely; the location was perfect (2 minute walk from a great beach; easy bus ride into Heraklion; near a lot of tavernas, markets, etc.). I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Heraklion/Amoudara.

The hotel is located in a great area, very close to the beach and the centre, either by car or bus. the rooms are generally clean and well-equipped. There are modern cooking facilities, a balcony, and good wifi connection throughout the hotel. the staff is friendly and hospitable, with a family feel about the place.
There was an initial issue with the smell of raw sewage in some of the rooms.

location, reasonible rate
So much to learn about the customer service! We stayed for 11 days and our room was cleaned twice! Children's pool was dirty; it was hard to geta any information about cleaning, air condition and so on. I don't recommed to families travelling with small children.

My Xmas stay in this hotel had a few redeeming qualities. the breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly. the hotel was conveniently located near the beach and some restaurants. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
The hotel lacked any sort of festive charm during the holiday season. The decorations were cheap and sparse, and there were no special events or activities for guests.
